SUBJECT: Suspect Sought in Theft of Credit Card from Pastor’s Wallet

GENERAL NARRATIVE
On November 19, 2021 at approximately 11:00 AM, an unidentified white male suspect entered a local Methodist Church, went to the pastor’s office, stole a credit card out of his wallet, and then returned the wallet to where he found it.

Shortly after this initial theft, the stolen credit card was used to make a fraudulent purchase of over $400 at an area Home Depot store.

The theft of the credit card was captured on church surveillance cameras. Photos of the suspect, taken from that footage have been included in this release. A clip of the actual video footage has also been made available for viewing on the K.P.D. YouTube channel via the link below:
