Kingsport Police Patrol Officers have attempted to serve these warrants on no less than three (3) occasions; however, Mr. Brooks has fled every time, evading officers to avoid apprehension. In doing so, he has accumulated several additional outstanding warrants for the charges of Evading Arrest (2 counts), Criminal Trespassing, Driving While License is Suspended, and Failure to Exercise Due Care.

As of the time of issuance of this news release, Mr. Brooks remains wanted and at large. He is a 36 year old white male adult. He is approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs roughly 185 pounds, and has salt and pepper hair and green eyes. His photograph has been included in this release.
