GENERAL NARRATIVE
The Kingsport Police Department will begin accepting applications again for the position of Police Officer very soon, and we have several openings that we hope to fill. SAVE THE DATES: · Applications will only be accepted from April 24—May 9, 2021 · Testing will take place on May 24 & 25, 2021 The job will be posted at www.GovernmentJobs.com/Careers/Kingsport and all applications must be submitted online. Starting Pay for Police Officer Trainee is $16.64 per hour/$34,625 annually. Detailed information regarding benefits, the testing process, and how to apply will be released on April 24th.
