| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| On November 24, 2020 shortly before 8:00 AM, Kingsport Police Department Patrol Officers and Detectives responded to Lynn Garden Drive near the West Stone Drive interchange in reference to a deceased individual found to the side of the roadway. This discovery is currently under preliminary investigation by the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division as a suspicious death.
The decedent will be sent for autopsy to the E.T.S.U. James H. Quillen College of Medicine for positive identification and to determine cause of death. Due to the early and active nature of the investigation, absolutely no further details are available for release at this time.
