| Update: Kaley Wells has been located safe; however, Bryson Burchett remains missing. Foul play is not suspected.
Anyone who sees him, or who may know his current whereabouts, is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111. Alternatively, if an individual who is able to supply information related to this or any other case wishes not to be identified, tips can be submitted anonymously via online “Citizen Feedback” forms available at the following link: https://www.kingsporttn.gov/city-services/police-department/contact-us As previously released: The Kingsport Police Department is requesting public input to help locate two missing 16 year olds. On August 6, 2020, Kayley N. Wells was reported as a missing juvenile to K.P.D. In an unrelated case filed on the same date, Bryson A. Burchett was also reported as a missing juvenile to K.P.D. While investigators have no reason to suspect foul play in either case, based on their minor age, every possible effort is being made to locate them. Photos and descriptions of each juvenile have been included in this release. Anyone who sees either of them or may possibly know their current whereabouts is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
