SUBJECT: Kingsport Police Attempting to Locate Missing/Endangered Man

GENERAL NARRATIVE
Ronald D. Hammonds was recently reported missing to the Kingsport Police Department by a family member. No one has reportedly seen or heard from him since late April 2020.

Based upon his unexplained and extended disappearance, coupled with concerning factors in his personal and medical history, he has been classified as missing and endangered. He has been entered into the NCIC database accordingly.

A photograph and description have been included in this release. Anyone who sees him or who otherwise may know his current whereabouts is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
