| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| The Kingsport Police Department is asking area residents to help be on the lookout for three juveniles recently reported missing. Dylan Whitaker (14 years of age) and William Napier (16 years of age) were last seen on July 8, 2020 on Riverside Avenue in Kingsport. Emmanuel Bear (14 years of age) was last seen on July 5, 2020 on Barnett Drive in Kingsport.
While the Kingsport Police Department has no reason to suspect foul play in any of these cases, due to their minor age, Detectives are making every possible effort to locate these missing juveniles. Photos and descriptions of each juvenile are included in this release. Anyone who sees any of them, or who may know any of their current whereabouts, is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
