| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| On the morning of May 19, 2020, Nicholas L. Massengill was reported as a missing person to the Kingsport Police Department by a family member who advised that he had not been seen or heard from by relatives, friends, or coworkers since April 27, 2020. While there is no known reason to suspect foul play at this time, being out of contact for an extended period of time such as this is reportedly out of character for him.
He was last seen on foot in the area of Brookside Drive in Kingsport, allegedly walking back toward his residence in the Surgoinsville area of Hawkins County. Mr. Massengill is a 38 year old white male. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs roughly 200 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes. An array of photos is included with this release. Anyone who sees him, or who may know his current whereabouts, is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D.
