SUBJECT: Kingsport Vice Detectives Requesting Citizen Tips in Locating Two Wanted Fugitives (Update #2)

GENERAL NARRATIVE
Update #2: Both wanted individuals, Marina Michelle Horton and Lawrence Wycliff Long, are now in custody.

As previously released:

Update: Lawrence Wycliff Long is now in custody; however, as of the time of issuance of this news release update, Marina Michelle Horton remains wanted and at large.

Anyone who sees her, or may know her current whereabouts, is asked to contact the K.P.D. Vice and Narcotics Unit at 423-229-9367 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.

Alternatively, if an individual who is able to supply information related to this or any other case wishes not to be identified, tips can be submitted anonymously via online “Citizen Feedback” forms available at the following link:

As previously released:

On February 19, 2020 Detectives with the Kingsport Police Department Vice and Narcotics Unit presented the facts of an extensive ongoing investigation into the trafficking of illegal narcotics to a Sullivan County Grand Jury which returned true bills of indictment on two suspects.

Marina Michelle Horton and Lawrence Wycliff Long have each been charged with 1) Criminal Conspiracy to Possess 26 Grams or More of Cocaine for Sale or Delivery within 1,000 Feet of a City Park and 2) Sale or Delivery of Less than ½ Gram of Cocaine within 1,000 Feet of a City Park. As of the time of issuance of this news release, both individuals remain wanted and at large.
