SUBJECT: Detectives Investigating Fraudulent ATM Withdrawal Made with Stolen Debit Card

GENERAL NARRATIVE
On January 20, 2020 a white female adult suspect used a stolen debit card to make a fraudulent withdrawal of $200 from an Eastman Credit Union ATM, located at 201 South Wilcox Drive in Kingsport.

An array of photos of this suspect, taken from surveillance video footage, has been included in this release. Anyone who recognizes her is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
