On February 14, 2020, Lucy V. Steffey was reported missing to the Kingsport Police Department by a family member who stated that she has not been seen or heard from in two months.

While foul play is not suspected at this time, due to personal information relayed to Detectives during their investigation, there is reason to be concerned for her overall safety and welfare.

Ms. Steffey is a 35 year old white female adult. She is approximately 5 feet 2 inches in height and weighs roughly 131 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes. Her photograph is included in this release.

Anyone who sees her or who may know her current whereabouts is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
