SUBJECT: K.P.D. Detectives Attempting to Identify Debit Card Fraud Suspect

GENERAL NARRATIVE
On January 26, 2020 an unidentified suspect (believed to be a white female adult) used a stolen debit card to make an unauthorized purchase for the amount of $150 at Walmart Neighborhood Market, located at 750 Lynn Garden Drive in Kingsport. At the time of the offense, the suspect was believed to have been traveling in a white compact sedan.

The fraudulent transaction was captured on store surveillance video. Photos of the suspect and her vehicle that were taken from that footage have been included in this release. A clip of the actual video has also been made available for viewing on the K.P.D. YouTube channel via the link below:
