On the morning of January 1, 2020, Noel J. Baldwin was reported missing to the Kingsport Police Department by family and friends, who advised that they had not seen or heard from her since the evening of December 30, 2019.

While there is no reason to suspect foul play at this time, due to her unexplained disappearance and other factors in her personal history, family and friends are concerned for her safety and welfare.

Ms. Baldwin is a 45 year old white female adult. She is approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs roughly 145 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. Her photograph is included in this release. She was last known to be traveling in a yellow 2002 Nissan X-Terra sport utility vehicle displaying TN registration 2G24F6.
