| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| On the morning of December 26, 2019, Asia M. Dukes was reported missing to the Kingsport Police Department by her mother, who advised that she had not seen her since the previous evening.
Asia is a 17 year old black female juvenile. She is approximately 5 feet 1 inch in height and weighs roughly 160 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. At the time of last contact, she was wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt, jeans with holes in them, and snakeskin shoes. Her photograph is included in this release. While foul play is not suspected, due to her minor age, Detectives are requesting citizen input to help find her. Anyone who sees her or knows her current whereabouts is asked to contact the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
