| On Friday, July 12, 2019, the Kingsport Police Department’s Records Division will be closing at 5:00 PM, which is slightly earlier than usual. This amended schedule is a result of the Fun Fest Parade and the associated pedestrian and vehicle congestion expected in the Downtown Area. Anyone needing the services of the K.P.D. Records Division is advised to plan their visit accordingly. | |||
