| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| On two separate occasions, December 20 and 22, 2018, a woman used an altered receipt to fraudulently “return” merchandise (which she had never actually purchased) for a cash refund at ALDI, located at 2617 East Stone Drive in Kingsport.
One of the incidents was captured on store surveillance video, and a photo of the suspect, taken from that footage, has been included with this release. A clip of the actual footage has been made available for viewing on the K.P.D. YouTube channel via the link below: Anyone who recognizes her is asked to contact Detectives in the Kingsport Police Department Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
