SUBJECT: Kingsport Police Requesting Citizen Tips in Locating Missing Teenager

GENERAL NARRATIVE
On the morning of February 12, 2019, a father reported his teenage son, Lee Troupe, missing to the Kingsport Police Department. The father said that his son did not return home from school five (5) days earlier on February 7th.

Foul play is not suspected. Lee is a 15 year old black male juvenile. He is approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs roughly 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who sees him or knows his possible current whereabouts is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
