| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| On the evening of February 19, 2019, Serenity Victoria Lyttle was reported as a missing juvenile to the Kingsport Police Department by her mother. Serenity allegedly left home earlier that afternoon but never returned. While foul play is not suspected in this case, due to factors in her personal and medical history relayed by her mother, she has been entered into the N.C.I.C. database as missing and endangered.
Serenity is a fourteen (14) year old white female juvenile with long, straight, brown hair and blue eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 8 inches in height and weighs roughly 180 pounds. She was last seen wearing torn/ripped blue jeans, a red shirt, and a blue hooded sweatshirt. Photographs of Serenity have been included in this release. Anyone who sees her or who may potentially know her current whereabouts is asked to promptly contact Detectives in the K.P.D.
