| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| On February 4, 2019 at approximately 5:45 PM, Kingsport Police Department Patrol Officers responded to a report of a shooting incident at Stonecrest Apartments, formerly known as Model City Apartments, located at 1000 Stonegate Road in Kingsport.
Two victims have been transported to an area medical facility. Detectives with the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division are actively investigating this incident. No further details are available at this time. Additional information will be released at an appropriate point in the investigation. |
