| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| On the afternoon of November 27, 2018 a homeless Kingsport man, Darius E. Seymour, was reported missing to the Kingsport Police Department by a friend. His friend said that Mr. Seymour typically called him by phone several times a day, but he has not heard from him in over six weeks.
His friend shared some factors in Mr. Seymour’s personal history that, when combined with his homeless status, give legitimate cause for concern for his general welfare and safety. His last known point of contact was on October 12, 2018 when he was discharged from an area medical facility. Mr. Seymour is a 43 year old white male adult. He has brown (shaved or balding) hair and blue eyes. He stands approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs roughly 215 pounds. A photograph of Mr. Seymour is included in this release. Anyone who sees him, or who may have any information that could assist with locating him, is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D.
