On November 2, 2018 at approximately 10:00 AM, a white male suspect shoplifted a Bissell vacuum cleaner from Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, located at 1151 North Eastman Road in Kingsport. Store personnel reported that the suspect ran from the store with the stolen merchandise, got into a Black Lincoln Continental, and fled the scene.

A photo of the suspect captured by store surveillance video cameras has been included in this release. Anyone who recognizes him is asked to contact the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
