| GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
| On November 3, 2018 at approximately 11:00 PM, a white female adult suspect stole a set of keys from Walmart, located at 2500 West Stone Drive in Kingsport. A photograph of the woman, taken from store surveillance video has been included with this release.
Anyone who recognizes her is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
