SUBJECT: K.P.D. Seeking Citizen Tips in Debit Card Fraud Case

GENERAL NARRATIVE
On April 11, 2018 at approximately 11:00 PM, the white male suspect in the included photographs made a fraudulent purchase using a stolen debit card at Walmart Neighborhood Market, located at 750 Lynn Garden Drive in Kingsport.

Anyone who can help Detectives identify this individual is asked to contact the K.P.D. Criminal Investigation Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
