| On November 23, 2016 at approximately 6:45 AM, the Kingsport Police Department responded to a multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of John B. Dennis Highway and Wilcox Drive in Kingsport. This motor vehicle collision has resulted in severe traffic congestion at and around this intersection. Motorists in the immediate area are strongly urged to exercise caution and patience. All other motorists are asked to seek an alternate route and avoid the area all together if at all possible. | |||
