SUBJECT: Kingsport Police Release Suspect Photo in August Package Store Burglary
DATE: November 3, 2016
CASE #: 16-016849
On the morning of August 9, 2016, employees of an adjacent business contacted the Kingsport Police Department after discovering a burglary to Allandale Package Store, located at 4528 West Stone Drive in Kingsport. The burglary was apparently perpetrated sometime during the preceding overnight hours.

The subsequent investigation, which included a review of store surveillance video, revealed that a lone suspect broke out an exterior glass door to gain access to the interior of the business. Once inside, the suspect stole ten (10) bottles of vodka with a combined value of $100 and fled the scene.

While the surveillance video was of extremely poor clarity, Detectives are releasing a fuzzy image of the suspect in hopes that someone might potentially recognize him. Anyone who does, is asked to contact the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.

Alternatively, if an individual who is able to supply information related to this or any other case wishes not to be identified, tips can be submitted anonymously via online “Citizen Feedback” forms available at the following link:
