SUBJECT: Kingsport Detectives in Search of Suspects Who Went on Full-Blown Fraudulent Shopping Spree with Lost Debit Card

GENERAL NARRATIVE
On October 2, 2016 a Kingsport resident lost his wallet. Among the various items contained within the wallet at the time of its unfortunate disappearance was his Eastman Credit Union debit card.

Soon thereafter, the wallet appears to have been found and fallen into the wrong hands. On October 3, 2016 the card was unlawfully used to make the following fraudulent transactions with neither the knowledge nor the consent of the account holder:

1) $8.29 at McDonald’s, located at 4300 West Stone Drive in Kingsport

2) $160.05 at Walgreens, located at 1420 West Stone Drive in Kingsport

3) $49.49 at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, located at 750 Lynn Garden Drive in Kingsport

4) $53.00 at Securus Inmate Services, an online telephone call payment service for incarcerated individuals

5) $28.88 at Walgreens, located at 1420 West Stone Drive in Kingsport

6) $2.13 at Roadrunner Market, located at 1600 West Stone Drive in Kingsport

7) $1.49 at KenJo Market, located at 2209 West Stone Drive in Kingsport

Two white females were captured on surveillance video during one of the Walgreens transactions, and their photos taken from that footage have been included in this release. Anyone who recognizes either of them is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.
