On October 7, 2015 at approximately 3:30 AM, a white male suspect used a stolen pre-paid credit card to purchase gas and cigarettes at the Roadrunner Market, located at 2000 North Eastman Road in Kingsport. The card was originally stolen along with the victim’s wallet in Blountville, TN with the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office conducting a parallel investigation into that theft.
