The Kingsport Police Department has been notified by the Medical Examiner that the driver of the Acura in the fatal crash has been positively identified as Dena Marie Riddle, 43 years of age, of Kingsport.

Her vehicle, formerly only referred to as a dark colored Acura, was a 2002 black Acura RSX 2 door coupe.

Ms. Riddle was killed when the car she was driving at 104 miles per hour crossed the center lane and struck a Ford Expedition head on.

Walter T. (Tony) Bellamy (58 years of age) was driving the Ford Expedition and was critically injured in the crash.
